Capistrano Highlands is one of the prestigious community in Laguna Hills, CA. This single-family neighborhood offers free luxury homes and proximity to freeway access, recreation, and services. There’s no Home Owners Association dues or even Mello Roos taxes in this community.
Capistrano Highlands is within walking distance to Costeau Park and close to many of the city’s 14 public parks. Laguna Hills Community Center and Sports Complex offer 18 acres of recreation and education including an art gallery, gymnasium, banquet area, and fossil exhibit. The City of Laguna Hills is on land that was originally purchased by Don Juan Avila. This upscale suburban city was named after its hillside location close to Laguna Beach, and Laguna Canyon. The town is known for its extravagant Fourth of July celebrations. This city is served by the Orange County Fire Authority, the Care Ambulance Service, and the Orange County Sheriff’s Department. And its biggest employer is Saddleback Memorial Medical Center.
